Storage of Discord data
Information according to Discord's Developer TOS
What data we store
We store Discord User IDs, Usernames, Guild IDs, Guildnames, Channel IDs and Role IDs. This data is made available to us by the Discord API and there is no automatic deletion.
Furthermore, we offer a function for temporary bans to be automatically notified by e-mail when the ban is unbanned. This information is voluntary, cannot be viewed by third parties and is automatically and irrevocably deleted after notification.
We save the access and refresh tokens for our web dashboard. While the access token is deleted after 30 days, there is no automatic deletion of the refresh token. The email address of the logged in Discord account is not taken into account.
There is no storage of further personal data.
Why we store the information and how we use it
When a member is muted, we save the user ID so that the member remains muted when he leaves the Discord server and re-enters it.
If a member is temporarily banned, the user ID is saved so that the automatic unbanning takes place after the ban time has expired.
We save the respective channel IDs for welcome, goodbye and log functions
Who gets this data?
The saved data is saved on our KVM server and cannot be accessed from the outside. You can only access our KVM server with an SSH key or a password of over 100 characters.
Apart from the owner of the server and Nevar at the same time, nobody has access to the KVM server. The data is not viewed manually.
